This policy explains what here-2-win.ca collects when you use this website, why, how long it is kept and what you can require us to do with it. It covers this site only.
The casino platform operates its own privacy policy covering account data, verification documents and transactions. Read that one too — it governs far more sensitive information than anything collected here.

What this site collects
Automatically, on every visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the approximate region derived from the IP. This is standard server and analytics data.
When you contact us: the email address you write from and whatever you choose to put in the message.
What this site never collects: your name, date of birth, address, payment details, identity documents or casino account credentials. There is no registration form here and no field that asks for them. Anything presenting itself as a Here2Win login form on this domain is not ours.
Why it is collected
- Operating the site — serving pages, load balancing, security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest)
- Measurement — understanding which guides are read and where visitors leave (consent, via analytics cookies)
- Attribution — recording that a visit to the operator originated here, so commission is credited (legitimate interest)
- Correspondence — replying to what you send us (legitimate interest)

Third parties
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the site: hosting and CDN, analytics, and the affiliate tracking platform that records referrals. Each acts under contract and none receives data for its own marketing.
Following a link to the operator hands you off entirely. From that click onwards, the operator's privacy policy applies to everything you do on its platform, including anything you enter into its registration form.
Nothing collected here is ever sold.
How long it is kept
- Server logs — 90 days, then deleted
- Analytics — up to 26 months in aggregate form
- Attribution records — 30 days from the click
- Email correspondence — 24 months from the last reply
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and equivalent provincial legislation you may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for analytics and attribution processing.
Write to [email protected]. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with the response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Security and changes
The site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Access to logs and analytics is restricted to the people who maintain the site. No system is perfectly secure, but nothing sensitive is stored here to begin with — which is the strongest protection available.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the update date at the top of the page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
